FULL TIME COACH/ HEADCOACH OF ACADEMY AT CHIMPCHAMP FITNESS​

We are seeking a dynamic Fitness Coach who will also take on the role of our Full Time coach and Principal of our academy. This individual will not only lead a variety of fitness classes but will also be responsible for the growth and development of our programs and team. You will need to stay relevant to your coaching capabilities by taking on classes and driving different programs. Training for the inhouse programs by the existing head coach for the respective programs will be provided. Protecting the quality of the level of group class in CHIMPCHAMP. 60% of our programs are anchored in Les Mills programming, so being passionate about Les Mills and possessing the unwavering commitment to the vision of a fitter planet together with CHIMPCHAMP is critical.

SALARY: SGD 4,500 - SGD 6,815
LOCATION: CHIMPCHAMP FITNESS, Singapore
BENEFITS:
Year-end additional bonus of 0.5 months to 1.5 months for hitting brand based targets.
Creative scheduling so that you have:

Guaranteed half day for yourself x 2 days/ week

1 full day off/ week as rejuvenation

Mix of Bodycombat, Bodypump and Bodybalance/ Freestyle class a must to ensure longevity of the candidate.

12 days of leave annually.
Release paid for every quarter for Bodycombat and Bodypump.
Accommodation subsidy of SGD 500.
Additional bonus when you build your classes successfully.
Public transport cost covered.
Work VISA will be applied by CHIMPCHAMP.
ROLE SCOPE:
Minimum of 19 classes per week.
Quarterly diagnosis of release focus including publicity and content creation of the releases. Candidate can ideally share the insights from each release.
Ready to support all club outreach and events.
Attend quarterly training etc where applicable.
Drive the marketing and promotion of Bodycombat and Bodypump program, including at least one inhouse program together with the founder.
Depending on qualification, possible to take the role of the Head coach in CHIMPCHAMP and become responsible for the CHIMPCHAMP academy. You will then mentor and train new instructors, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable fitness community within CHIMPCHAMP.
Possibility to be eventually trained towards becoming Branch In-Charge and more.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. Junior position can be considered for newer coaches.
Coach for Bodycombat and Bodypump and any other programs.
Willing to relocate to Singapore.
Inspirational modelling as a CHAMPCOACH. Pleasant looking is a plus.
Sincere person who is willing to grow together with the brand.
Fluent in English instruction for class.
