So let me share with you what to expect in a typical Les Mills Bodybalance class in Chimpchamp.


Class Duration: 45 minutes format or 55 minutes format

Main Equipment: Yoga mat not compulsory but provided.


How is a BODYBALANCE Class Structured? Here’s what you can expect from a typical 45minutes BODYBALANCE session at ChimpChamp Fitness:

  1. Warm-Up: A gentle Tai Chi sequence (or yoga sequence) to focus the mind and prepare the body.

  2. Sun Salutations: Dynamic yoga movements to warm up the muscles and joints.

  3. Standing Strength: A series of yoga postures that enhance stability and muscular endurance.

  4. Balance Work: Controlled movements to improve balance and coordination.

  5. Hip Openers: Stretches designed to release tension and increase hip mobility.

  6. Twists & Flexibility: Deep stretches that promote spinal mobility and relaxation.

  7. Hamstring and bends: Flexion of the posterior lower chain from the hamstring and the calf combined with moderate forward bends to continue the stretch.

  8. Cool-Down & Meditation: A period of stillness to absorb the benefits of the practice.
