CLASS INTRODUCTION:
HIIT designed. 1 hour class using Battle Rope exercise done in group setup.
Learn the technique of battlerope, train up your core stability and muscle endurance in this class.
Wave to the music and allow yourself to burn at least 500kcal and enjoy 48 hours of after burn.
