A: Not at all! PowerHang is totally beginner-friendly. In your first class, our coaches at Chimpchamp Fitness will demonstrate modifications and options to suit your fitness level. J

What is important is that being a specialty equipment program, give yourself around 5 classes to really become familiar with the moves and program, and also embrace your first class knowing that you may be surrounded by many classmates who have been attending the class for more than 10 classes and they also started the same like you are doing.
